The Iron Code
Four unwavering standards that shape how we live, lead, and grow as Men of God in Training.
We move with IC Posture — Eyes Up. Spirit Submitted.
We do not conform to the world.
We rise — sharpened by truth, strengthened in brotherhood, anchored in purpose.
Embrace Godly Order
We strive to bring peace, not chaos, into every area of our lives.
Aligning our actions, thoughts, and priorities under God’s design brings clarity, stability, and purpose.
Scripture Reference: 1 Corinthians 14:40 – "Let all things be done decently and in order."

Scripture Reference: 1 Corinthians 14:40 – "Let all things be done decently and in order."
Brotherhood Over Isolation
We choose community over isolation, sharpening one another in faith.
Iron sharpens iron, and we grow stronger when we walk together, holding each other accountable.
Scripture Reference: Proverbs 27:17 – "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Lead with Integrity
We honor God in everything we do by leading with truth and honesty.
Our character and actions reflect our faith, both in public and private.
Scripture Reference: Proverbs 12:1 – "Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, but whoever hates correction is stupid."

Serve with Purpose
We lead with humility, using our God-given gifts to impact others and build His Kingdom.
Every action is done with intentionality, seeking to serve and honor God above all.
Scripture Reference: Matthew 20:28 – "Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many."
